You are to be congratulated for employing such wonderful and capable and skilled people. Last summer your company was contacted to repair a leak in our pool. WOW! Were we ever impressed by the several team members who helped us on the project. To say they did an OUTSTANDING job would be an understatement indeed! Several individuals previously attempted to solve the problem, but it took Pool Specialists to correctly identify the problem and totally get the job accomplished and with terrific dispatch - no waiting around for days or weeks for service!!! We could not conclude this message without mentioning your EXTRAORDINARY FRONT OFFICE PERSON, LYNETTE! Sadly, we are not a regular customer of your organization, but Lynette treated us like we were long-time clients. On the times we have been in conversation with her, she was as polite and friendly as could be and her willingness to come to our rescue with expediency was REMARKABLE. A company these days does not have the luxury of employing QUALITY associates as you have MAGNIFICENTLY done. Apparently your leadership and management style must be highly regarded by your many employees, and for that we enthusiastically applaud you.

I just wanted to send a note to thank YOU, the owners of Pool Specialists, along with your pool maintenance staff. I was with another company for two years and VERY unhappy with their price gouging and lack of integrity. You were recommended to me by a former user  of the same company who switched to you and was amazed at your honesty and commitment to your clients. ( The Millers). I have been with you since opening my pool this season and I just continue to be amazed by my monthly statements. Their normal!!! I can tell you that there was not one month that I wasn't being charged a minimum of $600.00-900.00 a month with the other pool company. Disgusting. I have now converted two more users over to you, and I will continue to do so with every opportunity I have. Thank you for restoring my belief in honest businesses. Have a great rest of the summer.

There are many choices for pool service and construction in the surrounding St. Louis area. From my personal experience, there is only one choice, the Pool Specialists. Dave, Mike and the Entire Team at PS Pools are the hardest working professionals in the business. I did my homework, and received bids from other pool companies, however I felt like a family member and everything was explained to me in simple terms, and matched my wishes and desires of building a pool experience in my back yard. Mike's translated my vision to reality within no time. The have the best graphic artists and high tech tools to turn your dreams to reality. That is just a small portion of my positive experience with this company. When it comes to pool service, there is no better company out there. All of my family members who have pools switched to the Pool Specialists because they are professional, clean cut, respectful of my property and family members that use the pool. Take it from a dad who has two teenage girls in the who are always in the backyard. I cannot put to words how happy I am with the Pool Specialists, you should just give them a try then you will see.

Amazing Service, always there when you need them.

It is rare when we write a note of deep gratitude for an EXCEPTIONAL JOB WELL DONE!! But Dan from your company last week assisted us in an OUTSTANDING MANNER. He CAPABLY performed several tasks including replacing many pool tiles, installing a chlorinator, and cleaning the filthy sides of the pool in the aftermath of the winter. Not only was Dan professional in every way, but his service was also efficient, tidy, extremely courteous, and he was more than eagerly willing to perform the work requested.

Good Evening Matt, I just wanted to send thanks to you and your team for the level of service provided over the years that we had our pool at our previous residence. We were always pleased with your attentiveness and honesty with any issues we had, along with recommended repairs, even though sometimes it was painful.
